These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of publications and original works available through The Toni Alfano Archive.

By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Seller / The Toni Alfano Archive is the official digital archive dedicated to the work of Italian artist Toni Alfano. For any questions regarding purchases, shipping or orders, please contact: collectors@thetonialfanoarchive.eu 2. Products The website may offer the following categories: Original Drawings Original Studies Artist's Sketchbooks Archive Fragments Exhibition Catalogues Books and Publications Unless otherwise stated, all original artworks are unique pieces. Each product page provides information regarding medium, dimensions, year, condition and availability.

3. Authenticity / All original artworks are supplied with a signed Certificate of Authenticity issued by the artist. Books and exhibition catalogues are supplied as described on the product page. Signed copies are specified individually.

4. Gallery Representation / Major paintings are represented by selected professional galleries and are generally not available for direct purchase through this website. Availability of paintings should be confirmed through the representing gallery indicated on the artwork page.

5. Prices / All prices are displayed in Euro (€). Applicable taxes, where required by law, are included unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs are calculated separately during checkout. For orders outside the European Union, import duties, customs charges and local taxes remain the responsibility of the purchaser.

6. Payment / Payments are processed securely through the payment providers available during checkout. The Toni Alfano Archive does not store payment card information.

7. Shipping / Orders are normally dispatched within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise indicated. Original artworks are carefully packaged using conservation-grade materials whenever appropriate. Shipping methods and tracking information are provided after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on destination.

8. Returns / Books and publications may be returned within the period required by applicable consumer protection laws, provided they remain in original condition. Because original artworks are unique, returns are accepted only if: the artwork arrives damaged; an incorrect item has been delivered; or where required under applicable law. Any shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographs of both the artwork and its packaging.

9. Product Images / Every effort is made to reproduce colours, textures and details as accurately as possible. Due to differences between monitors, lighting conditions and photographic reproduction, slight variations may occur and do not constitute defects.

10. Copyright / The purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. All images, texts and visual materials published on this website remain the intellectual property of Toni Alfano unless otherwise stated. No reproduction, publication or commercial use is permitted without prior written permission.

11. Availability / As many works are unique, availability may occasionally change before the website is updated. If a purchased item is no longer available, the buyer will be informed promptly and any payment will be fully refunded.

12. Limitation of Liability / The Toni Alfano Archive shall not be liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities or events beyond reasonable control.

13. Applicable Law / These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of Italy. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction provided by applicable Italian law.
